JOB ID 10824: Program Analyst
Onestopd Solutions INC, a Phoenix, AZ based IT Consulting Services Firm has multiple
openings for 10824: Program Analyst.
Job duties include:
● Translate stakeholder requirements into tangible deliverables like FSD, User
Stories, Workflow diagrams, Data flow diagrams.
● Perform Data Analysis to mitigate risk factors, help with the capacity planning
and to enable change management.
● Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to analyze information needs
and functional requirements.
● Develop detailed project plans, including setting targets for milestones, and
adjusting schedules and targets on the project as needed.
● Plan, monitor and track progress, and conduct regular reviews at the project
level, to demonstrate strong project management control.
● Identify and track risks, issues, and dependencies, seeking support where
needed to resolve roadblocks and enable successful execution, leveraging
lessons learned from prior experience.
● Prepare business analytic reports that will identify gaps and address root-cause
issues at the program level.
● Facilitate and finalize deliverables and committed timelines with the accountable
owners and supporting stakeholders to ensure performance targets are met.
● Facilitate sprint meetings (daily scrums, retrospective, stakeholder meetings and
project demonstrations) and facilitate regular meetings with internal and external
stakeholders on Agile to document requirements and explore potential solutions.
● Utilize knowledge of project management processes, workflows, and
terminology, including understanding of the Project Management Institute (PMI)
framework project throughout its lifecycle
Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Comp Science, IT or related with at least 60 months
of experience. Salary ranges between $108659.00 to $110000.00/year. Send resume to:
